PLAN
When I know the workout is going to be tough, its the only gear I reach for. It keeps me in the zone. Its a constant reminder to stay strong and finish what I started.
PROGRAM
I'm driven but not always motivated. Some days I gotta find the strength to SWITCH GEARS and just do the work because I know that's what has to be done.
ENGAGE
Both in and out of the gym it sets the tone for the day. I see the GEARS and I'm reminded that quitting is not an option. A MACHINE DOES WHAT IT'S PROGRAMMED TO DO!
